Trying To Make the World an Easier Place to Exist In

The Pink and Blue project is the documentation of the process of a senior thesis project in the media and communications department of Arcadia University, focusing on the pink and blue problem. This project is the critical analyzation and visual exploration of the theory of Altercasting, the color-coded pressures from advertising of gender stereotypes in American society, and how these pressures affect those who don’t conform to the gender binary system
